North Shropshire/ Borders: ~10 mile radius of Ellesmere. Including Oswesty, surrounding villages. Sessions are highly motivational and
available at times that suit your needs.
All 1:1 Personal Training is backed up with a full weekly training schedule with
unlimited contact / feedback via

establish from the outset. Each session
is 100% bespoke and is backed up will a fully personalised
training programme and nutritional programme to carry out in your own time.

a certain time, lose weight, increase energy,
